Youth Camp Programs
The Heart of America Shakespeare Festival
offers Shakespeare Camps to excite young people about
live theatre, the stories of William Shakespeare, and
the Festival. Students participate in workshops designed
to give them a unique encounter with a variety of theatrical
processes.
All Camp Shakespeare and Exploration camps will perform an abbreviated performance of Othello on the Saturday after each camp closes.
The Heart of America Shakespeare Festival
Education Faculty includes theatre professionals, actors,
and educators experienced in performing and teaching
Shakespeare. Many of the instructors are veterans of
Festival productions.
